In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answer phones and greet clients

- Perform electronic court filings, maintain client files and litigation dockets
- Manage firm's marketing strategies, including LinkedIn posts, sending alerts and notices to clients, and updating the firm's website and blog posts
- Prepare and proof legal documents
 
 
You are our ideal candidate for this job if you have the following:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a legal support professional required; experience in labor and employment law preferred

- Excellent proof reading and communication skills
- Ability and desire to be a jack of all trades and take initiative to complete any tasks necessary in order to continue providing top notch client services and support to all attorneys
- Must be hard working, extremely detail oriented, friendly, and supremely professional
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office required, as well as top typing skills
