Special Counsel is seeking qualified individuals to fill the role of litigation paralegal in support of their busy team of attorneys.
 
Responsibilities will include:
•Organizing case material and preparing trial related documents
•Providing legal assistant to help with all stages of discovery
•Preparing court filings from cite-checking to e-filing
•Assisting with billing and third-party novices
•Supporting trial teams with assignments as needed
 
Qualifications are as follows:
•Bachelor’s degree required
•At least 3 years of litigation experience
•Proficiency in the use of litigation support software and Microsoft Office programs
•Superior cite-checking abilities, along with excellent proofreading and writing skills
•Superior attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
•Prior e-discovery experience preferred
