Special Counsel Minneapolis has an immediate need for an attorney with strong experience in Personal Injury Protection insurance and a thorough knowledge of Minnesota No Fault law for a temporary project with the local branch of a national insurance company.
 
Duties and Responsibilities of this temporary attorney job include:
- Attend arbitration hearings regarding insurance coverage and Personal Injury Protection
- Provide summaries of the hearings and the claims for processing
- Drive throughout the metro and, on occasion, to out-state Minnesota for hearings
 
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Minnesota No Fault law as well as Personal Injury Protection
- Ability to attend in-person arbitration hearings, commuting with personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota, and in good standing with the bar
 
This position will begin by the end of August and is anticipated to last approximately 4 weeks. The work will take 30 hours per week minimum, with the potential for full-time hours and extended duration.
