Special Counsel Minneapolis has an immediate need for Legal Secretaries / Legal Administrative Assistants with strong transactional backgrounds. Are you well-versed in administrative support of commercial real estate, corporate, or banking attorneys in a law firm setting? We want to hear from you!
 
Key duties and responsibilities of the Temporary Transactional Legal Administrative Assistant job include:
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence, as well as maintain files for cases
- Proactively ensure the attorneys and paralegals are well prepared with all necessary materials for meetings
- Open, review, and direct mail
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and manage multiple calendars
- Administrative support as needed, including scanning, photocopying, processing expense reports, and other paperwork
 
You are the ideal candidate for this job if you have the following:
- Minimum of three years of legal secretary or legal administrative assistant experience in a transactional group; commercial real estate, corporate, or banking experience preferred
- Tech savvy, smart, demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Team player with the commitment to supporting the group with any task necessary
