Special Counsel is currently seeking experienced Trademark paralegals with solid experience managing a trademark portfolio: prosecution, infringement tracking litigation...  We are looking for top trademark paralegals in the Dallas market. Candidates with at least 5 years’ experience handling foreign and domestic trademark, domain registration, copyright application, infringement, review request for logo use, providing specimen, review and approve ad copy.  The Trademark Paralegal position requires the following:
 
Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 3-7 years’ experience handling trademark portfolio applications and process.
• Bachelor Degree
• Law firm or in-house paralegal experience
 
Responsibilities
• Work with counsel and business managers on trademark applications and management
• Reviewing logo requests
• Supplying specimen to USPTO
• Drafting and reviewing memos
• Review ad copy
