Are you an experienced paralegal, intimately familiar with case management from beginning to end and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously? We are looking for a wiz when it comes to jury instructions, witness lists, drafting discovery responses, investigation, subpoenas, issue spotting, research, and identifying key issues reviewing medical records. Must be able to manage multiple cases at a time in state/superior court for catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death cases. This firm deals with a high, ever-changing workload, so the right candidate will be flexible with regards to overtime and will be able to reprioritize and know which tasks require an urgent response. If this sounds like you, we may have the perfect position for you. We are looking for someone with :
 
• 5+ years of experience
• Document Review experience using Summation and Relativity    
• experience working with expert and trial testimonies, interfacing with the litigation support department
• extreme attention to detail and good follow through, with a positive attitude and a no-task-too-small, team mentality
• a friendly, no-task-too-small, team player attitude
