Special Counsel is currently working with a law firm in need of an estate planning paralegal. Three or more years of experience is required for this position.  If you seek a career that provides true team collaboration and a work/life balance then please apply. This position is full-time with a competitive compensation package.  Experience with IRS tax matters, drafting and editing wills & trusts in addition to putting together various estate planning documents is required.
 
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Familiar with the IRS paperwork and
• Support 3-4 attorneys including the managing partner of the division
• Assisting with putting together wills and trusts
• Assisting with appropriate IRS documentation as needed
• Assisting with editing and drafting other estate planning documentation
 
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook and document management software
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
