Heather Toft is an Attorney Search Director for the Special Counsel Minneapolis office, formerly the Esquire Group. Ms. Toft obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Toft then practiced as a litigation associate at Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis for 5 years. Ms. Toft enjoys her career in legal recruiting as she is able to put her people skills and organizational skills to good use by matching attorneys with employers. In her spare time Ms. Toft enjoys hiking, biking and travel.
