In her role as an Attorney Search Director for Special Counsel (Formerly the Esquire Group) in Minneapolis, Lacee Anderson specializes in direct hire attorney searches and placements in firms and corporations across the Twin Cities. As a former practicing lawyer, Ms. Anderson understands the needs of her clients and appreciates the unique skills and expertise of the exceptional candidates with whom she works.

Ms. Anderson is a former associate with the highly respected Twin Cities litigation firm of Larson King, where she practiced in reinsurance, insurance law, and general litigation. Ms. Anderson is a 2004 cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, where she served as Assistant Editor of the Law Review, and participated in Moot Court. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Concordia College in Moorhead.
