Phyllis Koyner is an Attorney Search Director in Special Counsel’s New York office. A New York native, she received her B.A. in Psychology from The State University of New York at Albany.

Ms. Koyner has over 15 years of experience working with law firm partners, associates, and business executives, providing strategic, marketing and management training expertise. Her years of training and consulting experience led her to a recruiting practice in the New York area, where she has enjoyed long-term client and candidate relationships, most of which are the result of referrals. Ms. Koyner partners with law firms and corporate legal departments to assist them with full-time attorney placements.

Ms. Koyner is active in the New York community, including her involvement with City Harvest, an organization that channels food to the city’s hungry and homeless population.
