Subscription Service Agreement (All-In Model)
Our Subscription Service Agreement allows you to outsource as much of your litigation support duties as possible. This gives you access to the latest, most advanced technology, people and infrastructure, including data reduction, processing, analytics, predictive coding, data storage, project management and hosted review in your software application of choice.
D4 DIY (Infrastructure as a Service)
If you already have the litigation support staff and experience you need, and wish to perform loading, processing and production functions yourself, you might want to consider D4 DIY. You’ll have access to our software and hardware in the cloud, and to our D4 technical resources if and when you need them.
Managed Seats (Microcloud-Based Subscription)
This solution is primarily for smaller firms that want access to software, including Relativity or Viewpoint, for a large or ongoing matter or as a substitute for Concordance or Summation, yet do not have the experience, infrastructure or budget to purchase the software on their own. The best part is the flexibility—you can start with one seat and add additional seats as you go.
