Account Manager - Remote

Join ADO Professional Solutions! Our Account Management team is growing, and we seek candidates who are passionate about client service. Our account managers are assigned to key accounts and handle any client complaints, work to find solutions to any client issues, and collaborate with internal sales and delivery departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship. This role is tasked with partnering with sales representatives to assess the needs of the client and find creative solutions to large problems the clients face. They work to brainstorm new ways to maintain a strong, positive relationship with our clients in order to grow their business and expand the services for which our clients engage us. Account Managers also identify new business opportunities with existing clients.


The primary responsibility for ADO Professional Solutions Account Managers is to make sure our customers are happy. Additional duties include:


  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and expand services used by clients.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs amidst an evolving legal industry.

    Successful candidates will possess the following skills and qualities:


  • Minimum of two years of experience working in the legal industry with an understanding of eDiscovery and legal process outsourcing services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product and service ideas to clients.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the legal industry’s consumer behavior, particularly corporate legal departments.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients as well as internal sales and delivery personnel.
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple projects and clients at once.
