Administrative Assistant

Special Counsel, in partnership with an investment company in Boston, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare expense reports and other documents
  • Coordinate travel
  • Plan events
  • Maintain calendar and handle scheduling
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage vendor, facilities and building management relationships
  • Coordinate IT functions
  • Assist with HR responsibilities
  • Provide general office management and administrative support
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Proactive and able to work well independently
