Asbestos Paralegal

Special Counsel's valued client is in need of an asbestos paralegal.  If you have experience in asbestos, torts, and meet the following requirements we would love to tell you more about the well compensated position.  Please send your resume to or 


  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely fashion;
  • Ability to manage/meet deadlines;
  • Ability to bill time efficiently;
  • File organization and docketing of initial case and client deadlines;  
  • Maintain paper and electronic case files;
  • Prepare medical chronologies, index medical records, and schedule IME’s;
  • Prepare trial charts and case status reports; • Calendar hearings, discovery and other deadlines, depositions, and other matters.  
  • Skills:

  • Ability to type 40 wpm or greater with attention to detail
  • Understanding of medical records
  • Ability to do paper filings as well as electronic filing
