The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. This includes overseeing, training, and encouraging staff to provide the highest quality of legal services in accordance with CRLA program guidelines, the Code of Professional Responsibility and the ABA Standards for Providers of Civil Legal Services.


  • Review and draft routine legal documents.
  • Create and maintain caseloads which consists of state, federal, and appellate work.
  • Evaluate staff on an annual basis.
  • Conduct weekly case review meetings.
  • Meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice law before the court of any state
  • Completion, or willing to complete the California Bar Exam
  • Three years minimum experience managing legal office, including staff
  • Three years minimum litigation experience
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Education
