Attorney Recruiting Manager for law firm. If you have a background in recruiting for professional services and can "manage" the recruitment process, this is the job for you. This role involves the recruiting of partners, lawyers and law students for Washington DC office of a law firm.
The successful candidate will sit in the firm's Washington DC office. Relocation assistance is available.
Understanding of US Visa process
Experience with an applicant portal/tracking database
Management of legal recruiting for openings within the firm (law students, lateral hires and partners)
Work with outside vendors
Source, attract, screen and interview candidates.
Work with practice groups to strategically plan for growth
3+ years' recruiting experience within professional services (law, finance, accounting, investment bank)
