Special Counsel is currently recruiting for a bankruptcy paralegal with creditors’ right experience. Are you an experienced bankruptcy paralegal looking for a new opportunity? If so, this may be the job for you. You will be working with a dynamic team of attorneys assisting them with both secured and unsecured creditors.
Drafting pleadings, correspondence and discovery documents
Arranging meetings, court hearings and depositions for the attorneys
Propounding discovery and gathering and organizing evidence
Assisting the attorneys with trial preparation
2+ years of bankruptcy paralegal experience, including creditors’ rights experience
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel) and e-filing experience
Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills supporting excellent customer service skills
