Business Litigation Associate

You will be responsible for handling complex business litigation involving white collar, business torts, healthcare matters in more, in both state and federal courts, researching and drafting pleadings/motions/filings, conducting and defending depositions, managing discovery, preparing witnesses for testimony, conducting status conferences, arguing motions in state and federal courts, and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:

  • JD required from a top-tier ABA approved law school; must be licensed and in good standing in CA
