Business/Corporate Immigration Paralegal

New York City office of national full-service business law firm is looking for an Immigration Paralegal with at least 4 years of experience . 

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with case administration 
- Prepare and assemble binders for submission to the government and clients
- Maintain templates for submissions and ensure uniformity with filing
- Communicate with clients
- Asist with tasks related to all NIV and IV filings, withdrawals, and PERM Audit responses
-  Work with case management system to include updating of processes and information
- Prepare approval packages to ship original approval notices to FN;
- Add USCIS notices and other correspondence to files;
- Send calendar reminders regarding PERM expiration dates to appropriate team member(s);
- Process expense reports and invoices in ChromeRiver and coordinate check requests
- Provide administrative support 

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of recent experience as listed in the job description
- Must be willing to work overtime if needed
- Must be open to commuting to the office in NYC if needed
- Demonstrate ability to handle case load while maintaining high level of productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Meets assigned deadlines
- Communicate case progress/status/issues to lawyers
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment
