Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Special Counsel, in partnership with an Am Law firm in Boston, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with matters involving closings, title, surveys and corporate matters
  • Perform initial due diligence for closings
  • Draft transactional real estate and other legal documents
  • Organize and assemble loan documents
  • Conduct title searches, review title reports, and obtain title updates
  • Obtain survey proposals and review surveys for accuracy
  • Draft corporate formation documents, prepare stock certificates, prepare minute books, and file annual reports
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent commercial real estate experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must be able to prioritize projects and multi-task
