Bachelor’s degree in law or comparable combination of education and work experience required. Professional certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations is required and/or banking industry experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, ability to set priorities
and meet any established deadlines.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft
Previous Experience with:
Management of bonds, vendor registrations and DBA’s, new city business application and renewals, alarm registrations
Management of states guard and gun guard licensing.
Management of Drug and Alcohol Random testing program.
Management of Post-Accident Process.
Management of DOT/FMCSA and Clearinghouse sites and renewals.
Management of OSHA required reporting and provide support to field staff in the event of an OSHA site inspection.
Manage and audit vendor invoices
Management of EPA reporting.
