Compliance Manager

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or comparable combination of education and work experience required. Professional certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations is required and/or banking industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, ability to set priorities
  • and meet any established deadlines.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft
  • Previous Experience with:

  • Management of bonds, vendor registrations and DBA’s, new city business application and renewals, alarm registrations
  • Management of states guard and gun guard licensing.
  • Management of Drug and Alcohol Random testing program.
  • Management of Post-Accident Process.
  • Management of DOT/FMCSA and Clearinghouse sites and renewals.
  • Management of OSHA required reporting and provide support to field staff in the event of an OSHA site inspection.
  • Manage and audit vendor invoices
  • Management of EPA reporting.
