Compliance Paralegal

Special Counsel is seeking a Compliance Paralegal to help a client. This is a temporary, remote role. Please see details of the position below and send resume if qualified and interested.



  • Communicating and executing key administrative tasks including but not limited to updating the internal investigations tracker and keeping records current, sending reminders until the completion of cases, status updates, and sending notifications when an internal investigation case is closed.
  • Organize and establish an internal tracking system that will allow effective data analysis and ensure implementation of identified countermeasures once internal investigations are completed globally. This will include data entry, follow-up activities, and continuous monitoring to ensure on-time completion of identified countermeasures.
  • Establish links to historical details for the internal investigation compliance program allowing the compliance team to analyze and understand underlying issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports for our third-party management program.
  • Point of contact for our third-party management system procedures.
  • Support additional compliance projects as needed.


  • 2-4 years proficiency with Excel and data entry
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to balance rules-driven processes with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills within all levels of the organization
  • Paralegal certification
  • Minimum 2 years Corporate compliance experience
