Contract Administrator

Are you an experienced contracts paralegal with heavy contract drafting experience interested in a contract-to-hire job opportunity in Atlanta, GA? We especially want to hear from you if you have in-house experience! You will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing, redlining, and negotiating contracts and agreements, including NDAs, updating and managing the contracts database; helping others access key contracts information; and reporting on contracts and contract deliverables.


  • 2+ years of contracts paralegal experience, including heavy contract drafting experience
  • BA/BS and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management lifecycle software
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
