Special Counsel has a great opportunity for a Contracts Administrator Position in Nashville, Tn.
Job Duties:
Administration of contract and legal document management database system.
Review and analysis of contract documents and legal documents to identify key content and contractual obligations.
Monitors company conformance to contract and regulatory requirements and prepares reports of compliance with requirements.
Provides company reports demonstrating compliance with department’s goals and strategies..
Maintains legal document management systems
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
TN Notary Public required
Good experience in drafting legal documents, and correspondence, speak effectively before employees of organization and respond to complaints or inquiries
Should be able to correctly read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, financial reports, and legal documents.
Experience with MS Office Software, Database Software, Adobe, and Legal Research Software
Bachelors’ degree required, paralegal certificate a plus!
