Contract Administrator

Special Counsel, the nation's leading legal recruiting company and the legal brand of the Adecco Group, is currently seeking a talented CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR/PARALEGAL for a corporate client in SAN ANTONIO to assist on a CONTRACT/TEMPORARY basis.


  • Administer and monitor commercial contract performance
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Contract review – identifying potential issues, amending or modifying contracts
  • Prepare proposals
  • Prepare NDAs as well as other agreements
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of contract/agreement briefing and review experience, and general corporate governance experience (e.g. preparing board minutes, assist with corporate filings, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of contract/Purchase Order terms
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or Salesforce
  • Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
