Contract Administrator

Special Counsel is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator in the Dallas area for the Dallas office of a national company!

Job details and requirements:

  • 3+ years of contract administration experience with familiarity with government regulations, such as FAR 
  • Assists Senior Counsel with reviewing/redlining, contract compliance with company policies, and obtaining approvals/signatures for various commercial contracts
  • Assists sales team by providing recommended changes to client contracts and approval of contract terms 
  • Prepares internal contract review metrics on a quarterly basis.
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, SharePoint, and Docusign, or similar programs preferred
  • Candidates must have working knowledge/familiarity with government regulations, such as FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
  • Salary commensurate with experience; very competitive benefits package
  • Although this position is currently fully remote, candidates must be based in the Dallas area as there may be plans to go back into an office setting.
