Special Counsel is seeking a Contracts Manager for a Scottsdale-based company that is growing. This position reports directly to the Assistant General Counsel and requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of contracts management experience.
Contract management and administration.
Negotiate, draft, administers, extend, and amend contracts.
Negotiate, draft and administer legal agreements.
Program Management support with an emphasis on contract deliverables and schedule.
Evaluate and monitor contracts and customers to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.
Generates reports for delivery performance histories.
Ability to work full time.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Medical or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to write agreements, reports, business correspondence and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
