Direct Hire Contracts Administrator Job in Portland, OR

Your Duties:
  • Develop and submit RFPs, RFIs, and other proposals ensuring pricing and terms are aligned with company policy
  • Administer contractual agreements with stakeholders
  • Work with multiple departments to understand the target customers and our current process for promoting and selling to key accounts
  • Incorporate goals into tools and strategies
  • Perform contract, pricing and deal analysis including rebates and incentives
  • Understand product offerings
  • Keep pricing up to date in SAP
  • Reporting for management and multiple departments
  • Continuously review, improve and streamline processes and procedures to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field or equivalent education, training and experience required
  • 2 or more years contract administration experience
  • Beginning to intermediate contract deal analysis skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Word, Excel, SAP is a plus, not a must
  • Impeccable and professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well with time pressures, stay organized and a desire to continually improve
  • Close attention to detail and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders professionally and tactfully
