Contracts Administrator

Special Counsel is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for an opportunity with a corporate client in the Charlotte, NC area. Post-training, this role will start off in a remote capacity, but eventually, this position will return to a team environment, on-site.

Duties:

  • Draft and review contracts
  • Ensure company is in compliance with contractual obiligations
  • Review certificate of insurance requests
  • Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of substantive commercial contracts review & negotiation experience
  • Paralegal Certificate a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
