Are you a contracts administrator with in-house technology experience interested in a contract job opportunity in Seattle, WA? You will be reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and their associated documentation (including NDAs, statements of work, service agreements, and renewals); coordinating client services and meetings among internal and external teams, vendors, offices, and attorneys; updating form agreements and other legal document templates; updating and managing the contracts database; administrating all contracts-related activities, such as distributing copies, gathering signatures, creating contract status reports, and notifying relevant parties of contract execution status; and keeping track of contract expiration dates and following up accordingly. You will also be entering key information and contract terms, helping others access key contracts information, troubleshooting and fixing performance issues with the contracts system, and reporting on contracts and contract deliverables. Are you the highly organized multitasker with great attention to detail that we are looking for?
- 2+ years of relevant contracts management experience; in-house and/or technology experience is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management lifecycle software
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills supporting superior interpersonal skills
