Contracts Administrator

Special Counsel is seeking corporate paralegals/contracts administrator candidates in Dallas, Texas to partner with on a temporary project! 

You will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts and legal documents to determine how to properly route them for business or attorney review; contract administration support and management. You will also be responsible for implementing a filing system and creating a workflow for storage of all contracts and legal documents moving forward. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small, pleasant demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen ability to multitask without letting things fall through the cracks. This fast-paced administrative and paralegal role will involve a heavy workload, but a great experience to work at an amazing corporation in Dallas!  


  • 2+ years of transactional paralegal and contract administration experience, preferably in house

  • Paralegal certificate is required, BA/BS is preferred 

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)  

  • Experience implementing contract administration system

  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail 

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, customer-service-oriented mindset
