Contracts Attorney

Special Counsel, in partnership with a technology company North of Boston, is seeking a Contracts Attorney to assist their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities include reviewing and responding to RFPs; negotiating and drafting vendor and client-facing hardware, materials and supply agreements; working in conjunction with the purchasing department on contract terms and pricing; and providing legal support and advice as necessary.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed in good standing in MA
  • 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply agreements
  • Experience supporting the purchasing department of a corporation preferred
