Contracts Manager


A payroll tax compliance and calculation software company in Norcross, Georgia has an immediate opening for a Contracts Manager position. The company provides software that enhances the automation of payroll calculation and streamlines payroll tax processes. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the company contract pipeline and workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and maintenance of contract training materials.
  • Implementation of improvements to relevant company processes.
  • Draft and editing of various software licensing and service agreements.
  • Negotiation with clients and participation in business calls/conferences.
  • Serving as a knowledge consultant for personnel and participating in training/mentoring when necessary.
  • Interaction with suppliers, customers and other business units in support of company’s end goals and targets.
  • Other project work to meet ever-changing business requirements as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years contractual experience in a corporate setting.
  • Significant contract negotiation experience, preferably in a software setting.   
  • Salesforce and CLM experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
