Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced contracts manager interested in a direct hire position in Austin, TX? You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management, preparation, review, and revision of contracts, reviewing contract terms and conditions to identify potential areas of concern, coordinating and correspondind with outside contractors to facilitate contract negotiation, implementing and managing company contracts administration software and database.

The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small, pleasant demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen ability to multitask without letting things fall through the cracks. 


  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts administrator or contracts managers

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Experience using contracts management software.
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)  

  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail 

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, customer-service-oriented mindset
