Special Counsel is currently recruiting for a experienced legal assistantfor a long term temporary position which could become permanent for a Nashville area healthcare company. If you like drafting, and editing healthcare and other commercial agreements this is the job for you.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Review and edit various legal contracts
Maintain a contracts management database
Data entry as needed
Understanding of common commercial contract issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree or experience with contracts, particularly in the health care setting
