Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant


Are you an experienced transactional legal assistant interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity with a established and flourishing Real Estate company in Pasadena, CA? Corporate experience is a huge plus! You will be primarily responsible for assisting the corporate legal department with filing and other discrete tasks in connection with various aspects of corporate entity formation and maintenance, which may include the following: Assist with the tracking of foreign qualification filings; obtaining Tax ID Numbers (EIN) from the IRS for new entities; updating checklists for new entities; updating Tax ID list, entity organization chart; assist with the preparation of certificates of formation, operating agreements, and foreign qualification documentation


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited school, a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate legal experience
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills
  • Vizio experience, a plus
