Corporate Paralegal

Are you an experienced corporate paralegal interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Orlando, FL? We especially want to hear from those who have experience in finance and corporate transactions. The major responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts, financial documentation, and other legal documents; and project management tasks associated with due diligence. You will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and redlining, , commercial agreements; assisting with legal research and records management; supporting entity formation/maintenance and dissolution, including ordering entity books, obtaining EINs, filing renewals online, and coordinating reminders in the contract database; maintaining contract forms and corporate records; participating in strategy sessions; and more! Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of corporate law experience, including financial transactions and entity formation
  • Bachelors or Associates degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Solid understanding of local, state, and federal legal regulations regarding contracts
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management systems
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
