Corporate Paralegal

Do you like drafting contracts, assisting with corporate filings and tracking business regulations? Are you interested in working with a dynamic in house legal department? If so, we may have a job for you. You would be perfect for this job if you had this experience:
 

  • Assisting with contract reviews and drafting
  • Establishing and maintaining repository of information on laws, rules, regulations and court decisions that impact  business operations
  • Tracking proposed and/or final legal and rule changes as well as other significant regulatory events as they occur and alert key staff as necessary
  • Managing responses to subpoenas and other authorized requests for company records and documents
  • Assisting with employment related matters such as EEOC, ADA, FMLA and similar complaints and inquiries
  • Providing litigation management support for litigated matters filed against the company
  • Assist with management and review of legal billing from outside counsel
  • Managing responses to subpoenas and other requests for company records and document
  • Support numerous and varied business initiatives and projects
  • Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of corporate paralegal experience
  • Paralegal or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High level of proficiency in word processing
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and analytical skills
