Docketing Clerk/Paralegal

Are you an experienced docketing clerk with some paralegal experience? Are you interested in a full-time, permanent opportunity in The San Fernando area, CA? You will be responsible for litigation and discovery docketing; calendaring; compiling, processing, and entering data from incoming mail, e-mail, and faxes; preparing and distributing reports to legal teams; monitoring due dates and deadlines; assisting with special projects; motion work and other tasks as assigned. Are you a highly organized, personable professional who exhibits extreme attention to detail? The right candidate will be a pleasure to work with—courteous yet meticulous, with high accuracy and attention to detail.   • 3+ year(s) of litigation docketing experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Thorough understanding of legal docket calendaring practices
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), MyCase, PACER, and other online court databases
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills
