The Legal Word Processor Job Responsibilities Include:
• Producing and editing documents in various software applications
• Assist with document clean up, conversion, and revisions of complex legal documents
• Utilize advance software knowledge to assist with large printing projects
• Create Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents
• Transcription and dictation services
• Carry out basic office assistance such as answering phones and providing customer service
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office software Platforms and electronic storage systems
• Strong ability to pay attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication and written skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• 5+ years relevant experience
