Are you an experienced Trust Administration Paralegal interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Los Angeles, CA? This firm deals with Estate Planning/Trusts and Estates Law. The successful candidate will be team-oriented and intuitive—never letting important details and dates fall through the cracks. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience preparing 706 filings, experience with gift taxes, probate, conservatorships, and guardianships. Knowledge of wills, trusts and estates preferred.
5+ years of estate planning experience, including wills, trusts and estates.
BA/BS and Paralegal Certificate preferred
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic, no-job-too-small mindset
