Direct Hire Admin Assistant 

Are you a bright administrative professional interested in a Direct Hire role in West Los Angeles, CA? We especially want to hear from those with a legal background. You will be responsible for receptionist relief, collecting and distributing mail, maintaining calendar and travel agendas, generating reports and exceptional excel experience is a MUST.  You will be supporting everyone with a mix of litigation and administrative support, so ideal candidates will have some legal experience, a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small mentality. We are seeking a highly polished, dependable candidate with excellent customer service skills.



  • 1+ years of relevant experience; previous experience in a legal environment is desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. College degree preferred.
