Special Counsel frequently has many law firm clients reach out to us looking for file clerks for entry level roles in their law firm or corporate legal office. These are great opportunities for people who are pursuing a Paralegal Certificate or earning a Pre-Law Degree as part of a Bachelors Degree program. Common tasks asked of a Legal File Clerk include the following:

- Handling paper files on behalf of the office.
- Assisting the office by going to court to file documents, administrative tasks in preparation for trials, administrative tasks in preparation for a commercial closing and supporting paralegals on tasks related to discovery, etc.
