Docketing Clerk

Are you an experienced docketing clerk interested in a full-time, permanent opportunity in Orlando, Florida? You will be responsible for :

  • Litigation and discovery docketing;
  • Calendaring;
  • Compiling, processing, and entering data from incoming mail, e-mail, and faxes; preparing and distributing reports to legal teams;
  •  Monitoring due dates and deadlines;
  • assisting with special projects;
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ year(s) of litigation docketing experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Thorough understanding of legal docket calendaring practices
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), PACER, and other online court databases
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills
