Special Counsel's client is looking for an entry level paralegal to assist with various real estate needs for their clients. Entry Level Real Estate Paralegal Position

  • Position will assist Community Association with research on delinquent taxes, prepare and maintain tax records, prepare excel spreadsheets for various fees;
  • Draft Demand Letters, Claims of Lien and Notice of Foreclosures;
  • Communicate with client to resolve and negotiate settlements;
  • Position could eventually lead to foreclosures - preparing complaints, summonses and affidavits;
  • Position will order estoppels, payoffs, surveys, title searches, title commitments, lien searches, etc.;
  • Prepare title commitments, title policies and post-closing follow up work;
  • Order title updates, obtain satisfactions, releases, etc.
  • This entry level paralegal position is designed for someone who is detail oriented, understands basic real estate issues (a great opportunity for someone who has residential real estate experience:

  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to type 45 wpm or greater
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Ability to communicate verbally and with written communication
  • Someone who likes working with numbers
