ERISA/Employment Benefits Associate


Parker + Lynch Legal is assisting a prominent and well respected law firm to find a dynamic attorney to join the firm as an associate in their ERISA Litigation (Class Action Defense) Group.  The ideal candidate should have two plus years of actual litigation experience; including, researching, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances in class action matters under ERISA.  In addition, qualified candidates will have a solid work history, excellent academic credentials, and Florida bar admission.
