Estate Planning Paralegal

Are you an experienced paralegal with estate planning experience interested in a permanent, full-time job opportunity with a premiere law firm? You will be handling all aspects the trust and estate administration process. This will include drafting and reviewing correspondence and legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, deeds and schedules of assets, documents to transfer assets to trusts, guardianship pleadings, estate planning documents, and more! This is a great opportunity for someone with high attention to detail who does not require a lot of hand holding. Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of trust and estates paralegal experience, including both probate and non-probate proceedings, irrevocable life insurance trusts, basic estate planning, guardianships
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Familiarity with GEMs is a plus!
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills highlighting excellent customer service skills
