Estate Planning Paralegal

We are partnering with a boutique firm to find their next tenured Trust and Estate Paralegal.  This opportunity offers a busy, financial stable firm with great benefits and a team environment.  

Requirements:

-5+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience in a law firm setting

-Experience drafting probate documents, estate planning documents, wills, trusts, deeds, Powers of Attorneys
- Strong excel experience working with financial data
- Experience with conservatorships and guardianships
- An understanding of both Oregon and Washington laws is preferred
