Executive Administrative Assistant


Do you enjoy working with top executives in a corporate setting?  Do you have good administrative skills?  If so, then we have the job for you.  In this position, which is expected to last 4 months, you would be working with a talented team of commercial and sales executives assisting them with scheduling, setting up meetings, managing their calendars and providing other administrative support as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Provide back-up support to other executive administrative assistants in the department
  • Ensure smooth operations of all administrative tasks for senior leaders including answering phones, meeting prep, document management, expense reports
  • Support the facilitation of executive staff meetings and related actives including: agenda setting, prep work, outcome documentation and action item follow-ups
  • Administer multiple projects and initiatives and provide project management as requested by Senior team
  • Manage multiple active calendars, coordinate travel, and schedules to ensure calendars reflect strategic priorities
  • Support senior leaders in preparing for presentations/meetings and key customer and industry engagements
  • Requirements:

  • Must be organized and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with providing administrative support in a business environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
