Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate

Parker + Lynch Legal is working with the Boston office of an Elite AmLaw/Vault rated firm who is seeking to add a talented junior or mid-level associate to their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team.  We are looking for exceptional attorneys with experience representing public and private companies with respect to tax and securities law issues in connection with equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans.  Employee benefits experience in 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, non-qualified deferred compensation and executive compensation, as well as health and welfare benefits plans, is essential.
